We were travelling as a group of 4 and I did like that when we were automatically checked in by the travel company we booked through, we were seated in two groups of two. Next time if we book direct with Volotea I'll be interested tosee if we can check-in and all sit together without having to pay extra like you have to do on Ryanair. The only downside to this airline was that there did seem to be very little space for bringing cabin bags. We were OK because we'd only booked to bring one small bag that would fit under the seat, but other people who were bringing a suitcase and a cabin bag often had to put their suitcase in an overhead locker that was far away from their seat, which was a pain for them when disembarking. Otherwise it was a short, easy flight. I don't remember if we were offered any food or drink to buy though.

Comfort of the seat should be better. Not enough space for the legs and it is not possible to have the preconised position (head on the knees) if there is a problem during the flight
