My flight was cancelled and they did nothing to help book me on a new flight. They offered a hotel voucher but that was a zoo trying to arrange since they don't really have agents and help desks at the airport. They offered a voucher for a future flight worth $100, but nothing as compensation for what I had to pay to get home, namely two extra Lyft rides and an exorbitant last-minute fare on Southwest ($220, which, fortunately I could pay for with points). They boarded the plane which was extremely cramped. I felt like I was having an MRI because the window seat I was assigned was so close to the curvature of the fuselage that it was like being in the MRI tube; my knees touched the seat in front of me except when I sat a certain way. Then they announced the delay and it all became too claustrophobic for me.
