The initial check in process was terrible. There should have been a agent at the overcrowded area directing people to the kiosk to obtain baggage tickets, then direction as to where to go to drop checked bags. I stood on line for 20 minutes to find that I was in the wrong line with no one around to ask for help. Kiosk attendants were no where to be found. The boarding process was the same due to delayed crew. There should have been no reason that counter staff couldn't have boarded the passengers so that the flight crew could take over when they arrived. The plane was an hour late due to no creative thinking or cross trained personnel. Just a though from a manager for over 40 years

The premium select seats were tiny and cramped. Flying across the Pacific you would think that the premium select cabin would be larger but I barely had any legroom and the cabin was very warm. I don’t know what I spent my money on
