Last minute change of boarding gate at Srinagar No aircon switched on at Srinagar and at layover in Jammu Delayed take off from Srinagar, no announcements by Pilot or cabin crew Despite the delay they had no food for us to buy After checkin of baggage which was under the limit they checked our cabin baggage and forced us to pay for 4 kg excess baggage that we could have easily transferred to our checked baggage. Really fleecing the customers
