I've flown Qantas for over a decade and this is the first time I'm disappointed with the service. My seat was broken. Crew was not helpful. Just said it's broken and did not even make an attempt to offer me another seat. My seat could only lean all the way back which affected the passenger behind me. I had to sit up straight and not lean on the chair during the last hour of the flight. Crew members were not friendly. They weren't even smiling and just wanted to get food service done and out of the way. Utter disappointment for our national airline. The plane was old and I can't believe this is QF2. Do better Qantas!
