This was a good flight. Business just regular seats but wider. Service was excellent. The Manila airport was hot and crowded. Hard to get to gate too many people and disorganized airport.

Flight attendants were fantastic. Food was ok. The plane was old and worn out (peeling vinyl) and not the newer pods style in business. It was basically a row of seats, little privacy. I am a little disappointed with the amount of money paid for the business class ticket. The lay flat seat was not entirely comfortable.

Our flight was delayed because of a sudden change of aircraft. This flight has been changed many times before the actual flight date, and still encountered the problem on the day itself.

Terrible. They didn't transfer my ticket so there was no money tied to the ticket. They hung up on me multiple times and then said they cant help cause the flight left. The flight left while I was trying to get assistance from them. Garbage and I will be filing reports to the DOT
