The staff was very nice to deal with. I was not able to check in prior 24 hours prior to the flight due to a tech glitch. That did not please me as I had to go to.airport earlier on my flight day.

Before boarding, I was told the overhead bins were full and needed to check my carry on. It had multiple ceramic pieces I bought while traveling, which I told the agent. They didn’t have any fragile tags. When I boarded over half the overhead bins were empty, and there was no reason I should have had to check my carry on. The ceramics were broken in transit. 0/10 experience.

Great! It was as a red eye so there was weren’t meals, just a snack and drink, but thank the seats were spacious in economy, staff was friendly at the gate, at checkin and on the plane
