I was in biz. There are no chargers, wifi, or entertainment. It was one of the older planes in service for Copa. The food is probably what you would be served in prison.

The flight was delayed due to a mechanical failure first and then because of the crew. The information was poor and the compensation miserable and impossible to use.

I never got a check in confirmation for my first flight so I missed. Only to learn that my 2nd 5days later was cancelled because I missed the first flight. I had to spend $1400 to avoid being stranded in Costa Rica. I will never book Copa Airlines. It seems like a scam!!!
