We were extremely disappointed there was no entertainment screen except priority seats.for a seven hours flight you would expect something basic as a screen, especially for children,

The check-in process was extremely slow. They were severely understaffed. I stood in line waiting for my passport to be checked for over an hour.

The entertainment programming selection was weak (better titles would be appreciated). The food was average. Otherwise the staff was nice, and I never seem to have a problem with my flight being delayed or canceled with Copa. My checked bags were in the carousel very very fast in SFO. Their hub airport in Panama City has become a very nice place to layover with the new improvements to the terminal.

The secondary security at the actual gate is extremely inconvenient. Very few seats outside of the “roped” area so it is impossible to find a free seat where you can enjoy a sandwich or even a bottle of water. Also boarding was confusing. With a flight to the US, the gate attendant only announced in English some of the time so many people were confused and scolded when in the wrong line or at the wrong time. Flying Copa from the US is much nicer.
