Perfect - food was great, team was nice.
Friendly staff.
Cathay has great reputation, and food was great, but online check-in and reserving seats (when it was time) was a nightmare, and contacting customer service while overseas was impossible. Seats were a bit cramped for 20+ hours of flights (like all economy eating these days). Then again, price for RT flights from USA to SE Asia was great~
Great airl
The cabin crew is amazing, very attentive. They went above and beyond when we had a small spill. The food on the trip from Hong Kong to Chicago was not nearly as good as the Chicago to HK flight. The economy seats are very comfortable, but when the person in front of you reclines, you need to recline to see your screen or be comfortable. I will say, the cabin crew was great at telling people to put there seat backs up during meals so you could eat without the person's seat back in your face.
