Rental had a flight tire so was not able to pick it up

Straight forward and easy process, although I feel extension's should cost relatively the same as the reserved days (imo,) other than that no issues!

Got a rate of $35 for a week. Great, right? Until they demand a $2,000 hold on my credit card for insurance!

Terrible shuttle, pick up, drop off, costumer service, we got charged 60$ for car being “dirty”. We only left a little beach sand over floor mats..

The agent who checked us in with return in garage was very kind to help two elderly ladies (one in wheelchair) struggle with luggage and getting us to where we need to go.

They wouldn’t honor my rental reservation and tried to charge me as a walk-up. It was a bad experience.

As someone who doesn’t use credit cards, I was not able to rent a car from Thrifty. I offered a to put 3 times what is required as deposit and was willing to show utility bills and car insurance for payment history. FICO is a joke and so is this debit card policy they have. All this being said, I realize the employees I interacted with don’t make these rules. They did their job very well (there was a very long line and it was the airport location) and were polite and tactful.

At close to midnight on got in a long line only to be told 30 min in that they won’t have cars for most us that night. If we have a hotel we should go there and come back in the morning. Being that I need to get to Portland asap I left the line and rented from Budget.

My experience was terrible. Despite making a reservation with Hertz in March, they didn't have the car I reserved and made no attempt to find me an alternative. They cancelled my reservation and did not give me a refund. I will not be renting with Hertz again.

Pickup was delayed by 1 1/2 hrs. even though we had a set time. Dropping off though was terrible. The Clayton, Missouri site was to close by Saturday/noon. We got there at 11 am only to find the place closed. Instructions on the door stated to drop off original receipts and key in the drop box. Problem - there were only three parking spaces available and they were all filled! The 1-800 number for assistance is a terrible phone tree without an option to leave a message. We ended up parking on the city street and hoping the car wouldn't be ticketed. We had to wait until Monday morning to confirm that they had found the car (we had left a note to its whereabouts). This is our second bad experience with Hertz. The people at the desks are just fine but the company policies are not customer friendly.

They gave our car away and didn’t have another one available for another 4 hours after our scheduled pickup time. Terrible experience given we had made the reservation 3 months in advance.

I think I am going to rent again!!

I've got the car from Rentalcars.com who is the agent booked the car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was paying for a luxury BMW X5 or similiar and didn't get it. Instead, it was a value-oriented SUV. I feel cheated and am very disappointed at the arrangement from Rentalcars.com . They seems to be Indian run company based in UK.

Great fast friendly service.

Price was good for a last minute rental. Pickup was fast and good. Car was clean and comfortable.

Insurace was 3x more expensive

They gave me a rear-wheel drive vehicle instead of the AWD vehicle I had specified. I needed to buy $150 of chains to get over a mountain pass and the entire trip was stressful and dangerous.
