Toyota car rentals in Miami Beach

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I made the reservation for a manual vehicle and called to change to automatic with no issues and then needed to extend the reservation, again with no issues. Very pleasant. Would highly recommend

I like Ace a lot. Good value, good cars. Ive used Ace a bunch in Miami. One of the managers, not particularly nice. On a day when flights were cancelled and a lot of cars in demand, Ace accepted a reservation it could not honor, offering a Camry instead of a Durango for the same price- no discount. I needed a car for 5 passengers, so I passed. Later seeing how difficult it was to get a car, i went back with and was then told there was A 3 DAY MINIMUM WHEN i NEEDED THE CAR FOR JUST 2 DAYS. So it goes. Ended up with a Yukon from Alamo for $30 more.

The whole car rental experience at Ace in Minneapolis was so efficient and even enjoyable!! Every single staff member we interacted with was exceptionally nice. And the car was great, It was an excellent experience all around.

Got a rate of $35 for a week. Great, right? Until they demand a $2,000 hold on my credit card for insurance!

Terrible shuttle, pick up, drop off, costumer service, we got charged 60$ for car being “dirty”. We only left a little beach sand over floor mats..

The price quoted on the website was way less than I paid, so that needs to be addressed. I was quoted roughly $300 and paid more than $500.

The car was filthy when we picked it up. It looked as though someone had been shot, with blood splatter all over the interior of the roof.

Hidden prices and rental company doesn’t honor the agreed rate, stupidly high insurance costs mentioned by the rental associate (100% car value?) etc.

The price was good, the care came out of an accident and not been fixed, if I had time available in my hand I wouldn’t take it. But in general I been satisfied for the purpose which I needed it for. Mark was not flexible or friendly.

Very bad experience I have to wait for over 2 hours just to pick up the car then I was told I only have 150 miles anything over that I would be charged extra first and last time renting a car at this place

I arrived at the airport and was on hold for 45 min calling to get a shuttle, when the shuttle picked us up and I went inside I saw a empty counter, with a line of 3 people waiting.. while I could see in the back room 3 men having lunch.. not even caring there is a line.. or answering the phone.. when one finally did come out, he was extremely slow.. and then they all teamed up together in front of all of the different customers saying how important it was that we had to upgrade to they toll pass in order to get to the F1 race.. it will ave us so much time instead of waiting in the cash only line on the way to COTA, and we all did, except the fastest route from the office to COTA did not go on the toll road, which im sure they knew. either way non of this is worth complaining about.. except when I saw the car... what a junker! I mean straight from a DEMO DERBY! im going to a race filled with high end cars, and no issues this was all they had, but the quality.. just shocking! major damage on the car, it had clearly been in multiple accidents, and then they walk around to write down if they see any damage. "you're going to need a bigger pad" . anyway before they give me the keys they want to know when I fly out.. well that wasn't good enough they needed a Flight number and confirmation so I gave him my return ticket which he spent 20 min entering.. and I told him id be drooping off the car very early that morning before my 6am flight.. no problem only to arrive that morning and they are closed, with no drop off box anywhere to be found. and no shuttle to take us to the airport. super disorganized. last time I use NOT SO EASIRENT.

Excellent. Was quick picking up the car and when I returned it was also quick. Car like in great condition. Was new, and running perfect. Very clean. This is my second time renting from them.

They should be clearer about the experience. The process is virtual and takes significantly more time than expected - time to the hut, time to wait for a virtual agent, and you have to take your own pictures of the whole car. Also, hidden fees once you rent.

Explaining that u can't take the car out of state it didn't say that anywhere until I showed up to the counter

Terrible they close at 6 this was not made clear to use when booking. Our plain was delayed 30 minutes so when we called at 530 they would not help us at all and they would not refund any amounts. If you read there term and conditions you can be late up to two hours.

Horrible from the start. Customer service is non existent. We rented a vehicle that stated unlimited free miles and they said we would have to pay for every mile after 60 miles per day. They require a $1000 deposit and make you email the DMV for your driving record, which takes time. They should be put out of business!!! They are not a company I would expect kayak to be associated with! The reviews for their company are the same as mine and they go as far back as I could see. Needless to say, WE DID NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AND We are leary in renting through Kayak if these are the types of companies you associate with!

The car was a bit dirty outside on pick up. Friendly pick up staff. Macaulay and Luis were very nice. Not an easy return. No one to receive your car in the lot. If associates have customers , one has to wait. No drop off box.

I never rented from Sixt before and was apprehensive, especially reading some of the bad reviews. I must say, however, that my experience at the 4332 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach location was nothing but very positive. Maybe it was just good luck that when I arrived on a Monday morning at 11am there was nobody there and I was able to go right to the counter and talk to a representative. There were 4 counters staffed by 3 people. The rental transaction went smoothly, no pressure or upselling, and I was out and on my way shortly with the intermediate car I reserved. When I returned it one week later, also on a Monday about 11am, there was a line of people waiting to see a representative but I was able to just walk up to someone at the counter and return the key no problem. I received email confirmation a bit later. The location is across the street from a Miami Beach Trolley stop so getting there and leaving is easy. I don't usually write reviews but feel this Sixt location deserves credit for efficiently handling my rental and on that basis can recommend it.

The experience with the stuff in Intercontinenatal Miami office was fantastic. Highly recommended.
