The car itself was great and clean. There was nothing to complain about the car. My only problem was that when I booked the car online through Kayak, I specifically wanted an 8-seater car and I paid for that selection. Granted it said “8-seat car or something similar” but how is a 7-seater car similar to an 8-seater? It really made our trip difficult… Makes me not want to book through Kayak anymore; enterprise said they couldn’t see the number of seats requested and it only said luxury car.

Smooth check-in process. Great, clean car that drove exceptionally well. Prices were a little high, but I think they have become that way everywhere. When I dropped it off, they just took my keys and didn’t look at the car, but I’m assuming that’s on them, then.

I liked the car i got. It wasn't what i ordered. but it was clean and a reasonable equivalent. The pickup and dropoff was pretty quick. The only downside, which could be big for some, is i think i paid double of what would be typical. just could be supply and demand that drives the prices high.

During pick up service was poor. They need to check vehicles better had issues with the vehicles running properly during our trip. Vehicle had low windshield Washer fluid so the light kept dinging through the whole trip. Car also had problems while driving more than 55 it would rev up.
