The cargo van rentals is simply put: falso advertisement. Do not rent! They didn’t have my cargo van available and don’t tell me until the last possible minute

The young woman at the desk was very nice and helpful however very short staffed. She was cleaning cars as well as answering phones while trying to help customers. The car I received had been in a small accident, so there were multiple dash lights that kept coming on. The rear of the car was dented the drivers side wheel coverings were damaged also. When I returned the car there was a different employee at the counter who seemed unaware of how I received the car from them, asking me if I had caused the damage. It took me 45 minutes to drop the car off. There were customers ahead of me complaining and cursing there frustrations. Which made the entire situation uncomfortable. The first young woman was doing her best with what she had, She did tell me there were road salt stains to the cars carpet, which I agreed was ok. However the body damage and lights coming on and off on the dash was stressful. When I returned the car to the gentleman at the desk ,he told me it was because of air that sets those sensors off??? The light indicating a crash came of , the check engine light came on I am not a mechanic but I do know how to read a owners manual and know air does not cause that.
