I needed to add a suitcase and decided to pay for it online to save time (it was even recommended on the check-in screen), but after paying for the extra bag, their system crashed. When I went to the airport, they wouldn't recognize the payment even though I showed them that it had been debited from my card. I had no choice but to pay again. When I called customer service, they told me to file a complaint online as an option on the same website, which doesn't work, and they kept my money. I'm going to continue my complaint with the bank; it's a disgrace.
