Toyota car rentals in Phuket City

Pick-up was very bad experience, with only one person taking care of too many people. I had a very long wait and received a dirty car (not washed). Fortunately, the person was genuinely nice and helpful, can only say good things about him.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Barbara in Cordoba & Hugo in Malaga were the ones who helped me and were extremely professional, friendly & thorough.

Brilliant experience! This involved a smooth admin / documentation process at the arrivals window; outstanding attendant that prepared and loaded the car with baggage; provided water and information to assist with the transition; an clean car that was up to standard; a simple drop-off process at the airport; and finally a quick refund of the deposit. Only drama was that the booking description of the vehicle on Momondo (estate intermediate wagon) did not match the records at Enterprise. I suspect this is an issue from Momondo's end. Also, very little information on terms and conditions on Momondo website regarding deposit, excess amount, rental conditions etc. This should be much more clear. Although Momondo refers to read the terms and conditions - there are none to be found throughout the process. This should be rectified as I thought I was taking a risk at the time of booking and left it to chance. Finally, the car was not available at the Enterprise office and I was provided with a genuine upgrade. Thank you Enterprise for the exceptional experience.

Actually had the truck I wanted and reserved..not get a phone call being told they didn't have it..then why would it be on their website and why would they schedule a reservation that was a waste of time I missed a very important event due to not having a vehicle after I was confirmed with email stating they had it reserved

Communicate with staff was fluid. Car was clean and in good condition. Pick up location was not clear but was able to get in touch with staff easily to adjust. Drop off to airport was well organized, punctual. Advice: bring a copy of your own insurance policy, otherwise they will want/pressure you to buy from them. Overall satisfied.

Scam. Arrived 'too late' to collect my car – despite having paid in full for the reservation in advance – so my car had been 'given away' and (shock!) the only available car was a luxury BMW, meaning I had to pay a further £250 or be stuck without a car. Shameful practice.

Absolutely faultless, staff for pick up & drop off were very professional and friendly, car was spotless and very comfortable.

Glad we rented a car! Gas mileage was great with Honda City.

Fair price, good service. It's a little difficult to get from International to Domestic Terminal, especially if you carry a few more bags, we traveled with 2 young kids.

The cost was more expensive than what was written on the reservation.

It’s a scam. I was charged 3 times the price that I originally booked it for, and was not told so until It was too late. Never again!! Save yourself and go to hertz

Website said I can rent a car with a debit card. On the pick up time was told I couldn't. Waste of time.

We rented a Fortuner. The ride was very good and it held all our luggage. The stsff wete friendly andhelpful.

Car provided was not part of the Budget fleet but a clapped out pick up truck with dangerously bald tyres
