Toyota car rentals in Montego Bay

The gentleman who helped us does not know how to express himself with customers and lacks customer service. He has a very bad attitude.

They didnt have the car I wanted and the SUV I got was not cleaned properly. SUV was dirty and had food pieces all over.

The ease of pick up wasn’t bad, the pickup location was a bit sketchy. The car was well old, the seat belt in the back for my 6 year old wouldn’t retract. Vehicle should not be in service for a rental car company. At times the car would rattle as if it wanted to stall out. I drove from Montego Bay to St. Andrew Content Gap and back to within the week. For $300 you get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t rent from ADDCAR again, I’d pay more and get a newer and more reliable vehicle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

When booking thru Kayak i specifically filtered for car rentals available at the terminal. Uppon arrival I was made aware (after checking everywhere for their office and finally calling them) that they are in fact not at the aiport. As a result of that we had to get picked up by a shuttle and taken to a location outside of the airport to pick up the car. When I booked the rental I indicated that the return would be at 8am - being this the latest time we would return it since our flight was just after 9am. Our intention was to return the car where we picked it up - at the aiport, and then fly out. When I picked up the car at the location outside of the aiport I let them know I would be returning the car around 7:30am to have time to take the shuttle to the aiport and make it on our flight. They then told us they don’t open until 8am and that if we wanted to return it at 7:30am it would incur a 50€ surcharge. The alternative they gave us was to return the car at 11pm the night before the flight and to take an Uber to our hotel and then another Uber to the airport in the morning. Our hotel was not in a busy part of town and getting an Uber to pick us up and drop us off was not easy. Overall a poor experience.

I didn’t like anything about ADDCAR. My flight was delayed a few hours so when I arrived in Bodrum they had cancelled my reservation. When I asked if they could renew the reservation they said I would have to pay twice! They were completely unreasonable. On that note, since I never actually rented the car or drove it, can I please get my money back?
