Vehicle was excellent. Pickup was slow and cost was more than expected plus deposit.

Very bad. No open and closing hours details of pickup location in email.

I enjoyed the simplicity from booking to getting to the location and the ease of the pick up and drop off of the vehicle.

They don’t even have a car available for me.

We paid for the rental and when we went to pick it up, there was Nothing for us. RIDICULOUS!! We Had to pay first and it still wasn't there! Worst experience ever!

My rental was cancelled on the day of pick up. Apparently the website was wrong and should not have offered the rental I chose as it was never available. The rental was not cancelled until the day of pick up despite knowing well before hand. While it clearly was unimportant to the sales associate that called me to tell me, it ruined a trip to move my twins into college that I had planned to use the van I rented to make the long trip easier on everyone. I have never been so disappointed, so rudely dismissed by the sales associate I spoke with and so disappointed in a company. It made me acutely aware that Hertz doesn't care about the customer. They care only about money and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the sales associate said I could ask but no one would ever call me back. Awful experience!
