The drop off was confusing in Helena if you never been there before.

Amazing!! Ade and Georgina were fantastic. They were very helpful and accommodating. Will highly recommend!

The office was close to the main train station and easy to find with only a few minutes walk. Pick up was great, the guys spoke English very well compared to my mediocre German, they even brought the car to the front of the office. The car was nice and clean with built in GPS which was awesome for what we were planning to do. The problem arose when we tried to return the car after hours. We were not told were to return the car to, so we read the note on door telling us to drop it at the gas station on the corner. The gas station guy said we couldn't leave the car and to put it in the garage...except he didn't specify which garage. We went to closest garage and finally found the drop area but had no idea where to drop the keys. Luckily the garage attendant helped otherwise we would have taken the keys with us and had to return to the office the next day. It would have been nice to have more instructions when we picked up. In there defense, they were dealing with an entitled 22 yr old who was throwing a fit because she couldn't rent a luxury vehicle and drive it one way to Munich that day, so they were distracted.

Pick-up was very bad experience, with only one person taking care of too many people. I had a very long wait and received a dirty car (not washed). Fortunately, the person was genuinely nice and helpful, can only say good things about him.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Barbara in Cordoba & Hugo in Malaga were the ones who helped me and were extremely professional, friendly & thorough.

Horrible. The car was old and dingy with 100k miles. It was a Toyota Yaris that could barely make it up the hilly island of St Kitts. I arrived on Thursday to pick up my car at the airport only to be told it was a holiday on the island and they were closed, so I had to take a taxi to my hotel. I reached out to the local Thrifty the next morning only to be told they never got my rental even though I provided them my rental agreement confirmation. Then it took forever to rent the crappy car which now impacted ny first 2 days on the island. The rental office staff was very unresponsive, lacking any caring to my situation. Overall horrible experience and will never rent from Thrifty anywhere in the world.

Employees went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of…..pickup and drop off.

Needed a credit card for deposit, didn't have one or know until I got there, unable to rent.

The employee I dealt with at Hertz on Brittain Rd was great, she knew exactly what she was doing and did her job in a great way.

Gail at hertz was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I was traveling for a funeral and she made the whole process so smooth and easy.

We had a van with 50K miles on it and the brakes were really bad- grinding and shaking the steering wheel. We contacted Hertz and all they said was "we will check it". Not I am sorry about that, what can we do to make it better. Putting a car on the road with bad brakes is irresponsible- especially with a rental, you are putting someone else's life in danger.

Convenient Picking up, paying for full gas tank , not having to worry about and returning at the airport that worked out well too!

I specifically paid more for a VW Jetta, got a Ford Ecosport instead, arrived a little early, got charged for an entire day extra. Not worth it. I will never use Avis again.

Absolutely terrible. Called us 10 minutes before pick up to let us know they didn’t have cars available that day, that they had know that all week and we were on a waiting list but wouldn’t get one most likely. Never did. Didn’t offer any solution

I specifically went here because they were the lowest priced in the area, only for them not to have that size car. They gave me a car two sizes up, and refused to give me the free upgrade. Stupid. I was in a hurry, and didn't have time to rationalize with this gentleman. DO NOT GO HERE.

Check in and return process were very efficient. Car was larger than I hoped for, but clean and otherwise great. Would rent from them again.
