It was an overall bad experience. I booked a car 6 weeks prior to the day of pickup. When I went to the front desk to go over paperwork, that was when they said that they didn’t have the car that I asked for & that I had to pick a new vehicle. The gentleman explained that I had to pay a $1000 collateral on top of the new vehicle & my new total went up to $1141. With my original vehicle, it was probably gonna be around $250 total. I had a friend with me that we changed the name under & she only paid around $400 for being out of state. On top of that, customer service was bad & no people skills were shown. No phone number available to call for pick up and was very late/early AM and elderly mom was outside nearly 45 minutes waiting for shuttle driver. Once picked up, everything was excellent

Car was good. Frustrating experience with the relentless sales tactics attempting to upsell.

I arrived to the office and found out that my booking was canceled, so I had to take direct deal with them which I ended up paying double the price.

Very confusing and hard to get to. They charges $100 more than my booking said and no reason why.

They cancelled my order for being 1 hour late to pick up and then wanted to charge me £150 extra. Their customer service was also very bad.

The shuttle was an hour and 30 minutes late picking us up from the airport we waited outside in the heat. It took 1 hour for the lady to process our pick up saying I’m just waiting for the cad to be ready. Worst rental car experience in 30 years

Although we reached out during their normal business hours, we were never able to pick up the car, because we weren’t able to contact them to get the shuttle to the location. We finally got in contact with someone who told us she would call us back with an update on when to expect the shuttle, but she never called us back.

The car made an insane vibrating bass sound that people could hear from outside, it sounded like there was some black market subwoofer in there. I rented this car to attend my grandfathers FUNERAL. I’m in the procession sounding like I’m blasting bass filled music! I tried to call them to be like what on earth and they never answered. When I returned the vehicle and reported the noise to them they were like “oh yeah we know about that, this type of car is probably going to get recalled because they all make that noise.” Seems like something one would mention BEFORE. Also took like 45 minutes to get the car because they had one person at the desk and the people in front of us didn’t have a shred of the details they needed so there was just a line forming behind them. Also the car was overdue for an oil change by THREE THOUSAND miles and the car kept sending an alert about how the oil life was at 0%. When I told them this when dropping off the car they were just like “oh yeah we know”

They said pickup was at the airport. It is not. You have to walk 1/3 mile with your luggage to take a shuttle to their place which is 15 minutes away. I waited thirty minutes for the shuttle and finally gave up and rented from another company.

I did not rent the car because there was only one person at the counter and ten people in line. I Ubered to my destination. You will continue to lose money to Uber if you understaff the counter.

I rent for a price and got something else

The vehicle was fine, but there were cockroaches somewhere in the door. Kept seeing them when you'd first open the car door. The check-in/drop off and billing were straightforward.

The windshield was extremely dirty and both side mirrors dirty. Nobody takes the time to explain any of the vehicle features . Remember not All vehicles are not the same. Your office at the drop off on Marco island was excellent. The Orlando airport pickup location needs to be reminded of these things.

The day before my arrival in Orlando they called and told me they cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have a vehicle available for me, left me scrambling and stressed out how I was going to get around during my stay. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

The car smelt of stale smoke but was clean. On return, I askled if anything needed to be signed and I was told no. I was then surprised to find the paperwork with my name on it but not my signature.

The car I reserved was available and did not have any issues during the rental. Only thing that can be improved on is the call center. I had a question about picking up and what terminal to go to but I called 3 times and followed the prompts and couldn’t reach a real person.
