1. My elderly husband cut himself quite badly on a sharp edge next to the lavatory. Staff responded but will it be addressed by management? 2. Our dinner booking was changed because of poor inter-staff communication. We had to change our plans. 3. Cheap instant coffee in rooms when most hotels except cheap B&Bs have moved to coffee bags or cafetières. Otherwise it is a stunning location, well thought through, and we will be back despite the above, hoping the problem in the room is heard and addressed.
