Located in Wilkes-Barres downtown historic district and on Wilkes Universitys campus,Hillard House is a 1865 Second Empire architectural gem that offers elegant overnight accomodations and delicious breakfasts.Each room features a private bath,queen bed,cable TV,refridgerator and coffee maker.Have breakfast in your room or in the dining room with its twelve foot ceiling,crystal chandelier, and parquetflooring.Refresh yourself with an afternoon treat in the music room and play Heart and Soul on one of the two baby grand Pianos. Hillard House is within easy walking distance to downtown Wilkes-Barre and a short drive to Kings College and Wyoming Seminary.Allow us to be your home away from home for special weekends and business trips. Check-in is at 2 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information.
