The location was amazing. We walked from the airport and took the free shuttle to the airport. Staff were polite as it was everywhere in Japan in my experience but the hotel was very dated and it was not very clean. They sheets were clean, but the vents in the bathroom, corners on the floor, the sink, etc needed a good scrubbing. it was disappointing as it was our last night in Japan. There was a half a cm thick dust on the air vent in the shower ceiling that was very low. It didn’t seem like a day’s worth of dirt. It seemed like an accumulation of gunk in an old building that was not thoroughly cleaned for a long time. .
