The Room is excellent, sound free and amazing decor. Breakfast is good but did not enjoy the normal restaurant due to renovations.
The Hotel is an excellent one. The only thing for me to complain about is the fact that the Reception, the Breakfast restaurant and main restaurant are being renovated and I could not appreciate the Hotel as I should have. Rooms were clean staff very friendly and the food was amazing
Everything was good.
The room, as always, was very clean and luxurious, and so were the hallways in floors 4 and 6 which are the ones my family and I occupied. The staff are also generally very friendly, and special thanks to Juan at reception for making our check in experience pleasant.
The hotel is under construction. The reception is impromptu and everything is now located in floor -1 in very tight and cramped spaces with no natural light. You also need two elevators to get to the rooms, which is very inconvenient when you are travelling with a baby and senior citizen as we were. I wanted to share my very bad experience with The Westin hotel. During my stay, my Dior bag, which had very valuable items inside, was stolen from my room. It was clear it happened while the housekeeping team was cleaning the room. The room was very good
The hotel was under construction you had to take stairs and multiple elevators to get to and from rooms. Bar was a make shift portable bar, dining was in a ballroom overall lighting was gloomy no natural light as areas were covered for construction. Very bad and confusing experience

I didn’t know before arrival that the hotel was being renovated until March 2025 and most of the common areas were not accessible.
Services were great, everything very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room was fantastic. The room service great too. Very friendly people and ready to help. Concierge representative was not exactly the most informed person about what to do in Madrid and around the hotel.
Unfortunately there was a renovation going on and the access to the room was a bit awkward. The reception was very crowded and noisy. It is probably because of the renovation.
