Cons (-) when we splited the bed it was very noisy when you sit on it

Cons (-) I didn’t know before arrival that the hotel was being renovated until March 2025 and most of the common areas were not accessible.
Pros (+) Services were great, everything very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room was fantastic. The room service great too. Very friendly people and ready to help. Concierge representative was not exactly the most informed person about what to do in Madrid and around the hotel.
