It was clear it happened while the housekeeping team was cleaning the room. Pros (+) The room was very good
Cons (-) The hotel was under construction you had to take stairs and multiple elevators to get to and from rooms. Bar was a make shift portable bar, dining was in a ballroom overall lighting was gloomy no natural light as areas were covered for construction. Very bad and confusing experience

Concierge representative was not exactly the most informed person about what to do in Madrid and around the hotel.
