Beds were very comfortable. Had curtains And gave 2 pillows which is such a rarity for a hostel Bathrooms are very well maintained and clean
Stayed for one night and was given a top bunk when there were bottom bunks available
The staff were fantastic and lovely. Always willing to help and very welcoming, they even let me check in early!
The other guests, I chose this hostel as it was “very sociable” according to review websites etc. That was the exact opposite, I felt all the other guests weren’t very friendly at all. I shared my room with two older guests, one of them was really smelly and our room started to actually smell from his sweat. The people at the front desk are so nice and speak good English. The room is ok. It was small but everyone who was staying there were respectful. I did have a good sleep.
No dislike about the stay
Fantastic location a stone's throw from the plaza! Hostel beds were sturdy and there were large private luggage lockers for each person. Bathrooms were cleaned daily!
The Hat Tea is a very joyful and helpful team. It was my first experience with "Hostellerie", I will definitely do it again in "The Hat"
Can we have the breakfast until 11 am please?? No easy to wake up earlier after a night party in Madrid😉😅

There was a small fee to store luggage after we checked out. Still much better rate than other luggage drops and Bounce app
I found a mouse running around down in the kitchen more than two times. Everything but this issue is pretty good.
