Pros (+) This place is real treasure for a traveller! Comfy beds, great breakfast available for a fair fee. But the coolest here is common areas like chill and work lounge and a backyard with the hammocks. Perfect environment for work with your laptop. Also in the evening a bar is open for guests. 100% recommended!
Pros (+) My room booking was at 3pm but I reached very early. But the guy/staff (Devansh) who was at reception helped me a lot. He helped me to get freshen up and also helped me with the places I can visit in Prague. When I cane back the room was ready and beyond my expectations everything including the common bathroom was very neat and clean. I definitely recommend this hostel.
Pros (+) Great place! Cozy and well equipped. The breakfast for 200kz is very much worthwhile!
Thank Sir Toby's Hostel for giving me a warm room! It is cold in Prague, the capital city of Czechia. Staying in the hostel would be better for nearly 0°C weather in November 2024.
Cons (-) Some things were card only like the bar, but hiring a towel was cash only which was difficult as I did not carry cash with me.
Pros (+) Plenty of storage for bags and personal items, very big rooms and cool design overall. The room was well cleaned. The bathrooms were clean too. Easy to get to by tram from centre.
Cons (-) The room was a little smelly, maybe air freshener would be good to have since the room looked overall clean. A little far from centre.
Pros (+) Great hostel with an amazing social atmosphere. Really felt like staying at home, away from home. Everyone, such as the staff and guests, were all very friendly.
Cons (-) We were grateful that there is 1 parking spot available for rent. But note, it is REALLY tight to get into the back and in the parking spot. Need to have a small car and good driver! Also, there was constantly a weird smell coming from the drain in the floor of the bathroom (could have been smelly water in the trap?).
Pros (+) Quiet dorm - good sleep. Everything was clean, Nice staff, great “living room” to chill, work, network with people, and ofcourse kitchen :)
Pros (+) Staff are extremely nice and helpful, place is cozy with a really nice garden. Nice beer at the bar, really nice breakfast, good space in the kitchen, comfy couches and overall really nice vibes. Really liked the time i spent there, also got to wash my clothes which was really helpful for the rest of my trip to other places.
Cons (-) The only problem i can think of is the creaking of floors because it's an old building. Visually the building is really cozy but the room I stayed in had the creaking floor problem that easily woke me (a heavy sleeper) up whenever someone went to the toilet at night.
Cons (-) That place stinks like rust and sosige water I think its mainly the people who make it smell so bad on the other hand it was fairly clean. Hostel staff is so kind and many activities are promoted in the loby. As foe safety I stayed as a woman in mixed dormitory, mine was a last minute hire, yet it was safe.
