Overall need to improve the older blocks as the price for one stay is not cheap, should be able to match the standard for the price being paid. Overall room is not extremely clean, the fragrance used to clean the room is too strong.

Understand that hotel has automated checkin. However, when we try using the system, it failed. Asked us to check with staff. The staff helped us but was told we need to go counter as it is a package and we need a queue number. We waited nearly 2 hours. Despite multiple staff at counter. Many are unable to clear the queue. Only 2 is actively serving. Definitely not a nice experience.

Long queue for self check in machine (some machine error in middle of usage and the machine is slow like an outdated computer), long queue for customer service... Room carpet isn't that clean but overall the room is good

Overall, it was a good stay experience for us. Easy access to theme park and sky avenue. But, the first impression after arrival was too bad because the very bad check in process. We should wait almost 3 hours to get our room ready and the room ready around 5 pm. Please make it better in the future for a better guest experience!
