Pros (+) The rooms are a good size and well equipped with coffee machine and complimentary pods stocked daily,mini bar etc . The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch with 0 degrees weather outside. Staff were great even let us keep our room until later in the afternoon free of charge. Pros (+) Great location. Very warm welcome by lovely staff and a welcome drink. Gorgeous building and interior.
Cons (-) Room was very basic - faulty bathroom mirror lights. No complimentary bottled water which is pretty standard usually for this type of hotel. Also not quiet - woken up at 6am every morning by cleaners setting up in the stairwell, it’s so echoey that it’s just unbearably loud. Shame we didn’t sleep well here.
Pros (+) Very comfortable large room, with good strong shower. Friendly helpful team who were more than happy to support any questions or bookings. Good breakfast selection. Would certainly stay again.
Cons (-) English thing, but no kettle in the room for making tea, but got hot water from the coffee machine so not a big issue. Would have like option for room service meals, but certainly plenty of places to eat well in Prague.

Pros (+) Location is great on the palace side of the river (so quieter than on the other side of the river) and getting too and from the airport doesn't mean a trip through/around Prague centre. Lovely sized room (22) but the others we saw in passing looked a very good size too, nice and clean and modern but retaining character in the whole building.
Cons (-) We usually came down for breakfast less than 30 minutes before it stopped ay 10am. No rush, the staff just let you get on with your thing but the fresh fruit and hot food was limited very slightly (not a big deal)
Pros (+) Clean, beautiful historic value and conveniently located in the old town so walking to Charles Bridge and the Castle was easy. Very comfy rooms and beds. Reception was so lovely and offered welcome drinks!

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and accomodating. Any request or help was given, resulting in a pleasant stay. Convenient location, close to trams and metro. Decent upkeep. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, but in one of the rooms had to keep curtains closed for privacy (one window was facing the glass elevator, another was facing a residential building).
Cons (-) The breakfast choice was very dull, barely any variety, but still good quality. One room had a broken showerhead holder, and the faucets leaked, which was unfortunate. No interesting views from the windows, and no place to sit outside anywhere near the hotel (mainly an inconvenience for smokers).
