The size of the room was good, as well as the breakfast.
The access to the room was not direct, the lift reach only until the second floor. In additional to that it was necessary to add a flight of stairs. It was not easy with a very heavy luggage.

Regrettably parking in the square outside is no longer allowed. Still a comfortable and friendly place. Breakfast is great especially being able to prepare fresh orange juice
Great location and breakfast in beautiful hotel
Best room we have stayed in ever. We were greeted with a complimentary drink and our suitcases were taken up to the room for us while we waited. We were upgraded, at no additional cost, to Room 25 which had an amazing view of the Castle and was warm, comfortable and spacious. It was so good that we almost resented leaving the room to visit the beautiful city of Prague.
I think they could have some more interesting wines, spirits and beers at the bar... but this is a quibble!

Great location quiet but near all sights and transportation links
Bathroom no room to put anything, no room in fridge for own stuff.
This hotel is quite nice, clean and perfectly normal in every way. The best thing about it is probably the location, as it is right in the old town and just a few minute walk to Charles Bridge and the Prague castle. The rooms were small, but comfortable and modern with good Wi-Fi connections as well. The breakfast also was fresh and with a good variety.
Although listed as a five star hotel, I would rather rank it as a good four star. It isn’t that big and didn’t have the feel of a hotel with extra amenities. But location and price for value were top notch.
