Pros (+) Beautiful property with lovely finishing touches in the room. Complimentary port wine in the room was an unexpected treat. Old-fashioned vibe but very modern. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Great location.

Pros (+) Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location, with a delicious and varied breakfast. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the tea, coffee and cake available every afternoon.
Cons (-) Unfortunately our room in particular had poor soundproofing and we could hear lots of noise from the neighbouring room, particularly their bathroom- as well as hearing pipe/water noise from other rooms also.

Pros (+) Good location close to many of the key places of interest and shopping areas. Great breakfast. Complimentary cake, port, coffee and tea available from the afternoon onwards.
Pros (+) Heritage Avenida Liberdade is in a great location for exploring Lisbon, this is the second time we’ve stayed here. The rooms are comfortable and large the amenities are curated well and the staff friendly and helpful. I certainly would book and stay here again.
Cons (-) The breakfast is okay but I would go elsewhere for your morning meal.
