The Hassler is simply the mark and measure of quality in Roman hotels. The location and views are unmatched - the rooms are beautiful and varied - the facilities are excellent, and the quality of the food is outstanding. Service is always with a smile - they can't do enough for you. Outstanding
The only gripe would be that service could have been better at the Rooftop restaurant and bar on Floor 7. But it's a small one.

AC not operable —very little sense of urgency to assist —for the hi luxury quality of the hotel—and the price —would have expected this to be immediately addressed
We stayed 2 nights at the fabulous Hotel Hassler and it was just incredible!!! The staff was so attentive and willing to go above and beyond. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere! We will absolutely be staying at Hassler again!! It was so much more than we expected!

I did not like my room, the design was very dark and specially I didn’t like the bathroom with no door
Amazing place, full of luxury. Splendid localization, but rooms still very quiet.Very attentive staff. Classic old-fashion style but at the same time modern. Perfect hotel :-)
