Pros (+) Good locations handy for Nyhavn. Very comfy beds. Was worried after reading reports of it being noisy but we heard no noise whatsoever. Cheap and cheerful!
Cons (-) Very inconvenient drain in the bathroom, all the water flows into the room, everything ends up wet in the bathroom In addition, you can not connect to the TV, various functions are blocked, only 5 channels left all in Danish language, no smart tv

Cons (-) The bed above was at a very low level and I couldn't sit, only could lay. The pillow was too small and uncomfortable and also there are no towels.

Cons (-) No early check-in and the 2pm is rubbish, when you’ve been travelling and up since 4am to get there and then you arrive at 1:15pm and still can’t get in the room until the dead on 2pm hour. We’d pre-checked in and still had to show passport and wait in the queue for room keys, don’t see the point in online pre-check in when you still have to do this, seems pointless to me. Pros (+) It was okay for just one night. We had an issue with the first room (smell from the bathroom pipe), but the guy at the reception was very nice and gave us another room.
Cons (-) The bathroom wasn't very clean. The place needs repairing/better maintenance/renovation. The common places were dirty, the elevators were really old, the people were very noisy and the corridor smelled bad.
