This was the worst car I have ever rented, it seems that The Villages staff use the opportunity too get rid of bad cars when you don’t return the car at the airport but not back to them.

Personnel, in particular Travis and Derek, were exceptionally professional and courteous. That we had no car upon arrival was not their problem. After waiting half an hour we were given a small car. Not particularly comfortable. Also,, The staff did not have time to clean the car before they gave it to us.

Loved the Pacifica I rented to help me move my 92 yo mother to Florida. Beautiful automobile, roomy, comfortable, a breeze to drive and only had 303 miles on it when I picked it up, was wonderful have a "new" car for a week, now thinking of buying one! Thanks Enterprise!!! The gentleman at the rental office was wonderful and I always rent from Enterprise because it's just easy.

I was charged 500 dollars for a 24 hour rental. I picked up the car in Leesburg Fla and drove to Ft Meyers airport. The car was returned in less than 8 hours and I was charged and extra 400 dollars to drop it off at a different location. I could not understand the representative because her English was terrible. Use a different rental company. My airfare roundtrip from NY was cheaper than the car!!!!!
