24hrs later a call come in that the car needed an oil change. 150 miles away from rental location. They asked to bring back or..... to get an oil change anywhere on my own. on a disney vacation. no thank you. it was reported to cooperate

Didn't like paying for a second driver. Wasn't like that in the old days. I had to pay almost $100 extra for my 55 year old son so he could assist in the driving of the car!!

They told us to drop off the car ahead of their closing time so they could have time to clean it although they do have a drop key box. Technically, that time was ahead of what time we had to drop it off but we were ok doing that. Then, the day off, they called to make sure we were dropping off the car before it was due. We got the feeling we were being rushed so they could go home for the weekend. We’ve never had that happen before. Overall it is a convenient location and we rent a lot and will do it again.

It went well. My inky concern is when I dropped it off at Orlando airport I did not get a receipt. I entered into the drop off lot and was told I didn’t need to do anything else but leave the car there. Should I have gotten a receipt?

I was notified TWO HOURS before my Pickup time that they had NO CARS!!! I was scheduled to be in Tampa at noon…. Had to uber ALL THE WAY to Ft Myers airport and stand in line for an hour to get my car! I was late….. and not happy AT ALL! The least they could have done was check me in “preferred” at the airport so i didnt have to stand in that long line
