The customet service aceptable but the violencia should come with liability insurance. Insted I was forced to buy a policy that dos not protect me at all. Very bad an unfair business policy.

Are we had a bad experience with Hertz Rent-A-Car in Lima Peru they did not want to refund the 2 days that we have turned the car in early. We had the car a total of 10 days . We had a family emergency so we had to leave. I will have to find a car rental company that can understand when a family emergency happens.

I like the fact I can pay when picking up, even at 2am. I didnt like that on return, the receiver was scrutinizing every single dent to make me pay an extra charge. A similar thing happened to me last year and I end paying 30 usd extra, because the car was not clean enough for them. With the high rental fees we are already paying this is really anoying and ridiculous. Plus, it made me lose time for checking in for my flight. Thanks

Everything was ok until the return of the vehicle : 1/ very hard to find the return area 2/ airport employees give wrong information about where to return the car 3/ gate was closed 4/ Hertz agent tells us to wait 30 minutes for the drop off because he is alone or to leave the keys in the car and leave 5/ we were informed that the car had to be washed or it would cost $15 And we were charged $20 I will not recommend Hertz to anyone.

Wonderful|May 2022

First time driving in Peru. At the airport there was Alamo representative that was waiting for us already. We took a 2 minutes drive to the office where we find out that the car we booked was not available and received free upgrade to midsize SUV. The car was like new and very clean Estefania went through all the details, was very customer oriented, provided great service. Drop off process was very easy. Excellent choice and highly recommend!

Chase bank stop quickly this fraud by blocking the agent try to collect from $ 294.00 original to $578.00 for insurance plus $5000.00 down i also had to cancel this crazy rental I like and i will stay on KAYAK but please never never get me a car from this company again on my next trip very soon i was looking to rent not to buy most of a time i like and always rent for 15 days please remember thanks

Return at the airport is poorly marked and the instructions given at time of rental are not correct. Took us 1 hour to find how to drop the vehicle off. At the end, we left the car at the public parking place and walked over to the Rental Office, adding additional costs to our rental. We had to pay extra on our rental contract, and the initial draft was USD 50 more. Fortunately we were not in a hurry and had the chance to check the detail.
