We never gotcthe type/ size vehicle we reaerved. Originally reserved a 15 seats van, receiicwd a 12 seats vehicle. Two friends had to cancel travel plans because we could not all fit in vehicle. We'll not reccommend this location at all.

They didn’t honor the price I booked it and and refused to offer any customer service. I had to cancel because they doubled the price despite having all my paperwork and confirmation.

They did not have a car for me at pickup and had to wait an extra day to get one with no apology no discount offered. Then the next day, the car I received sounded like it was falling apart. There was definitely a tire out of balance and something wrong underneath the car. I returned it and received another again no apology or offer to do anything.

The vehicle was not fueled up prior to me renting it. That was not expected and I should have been advised at the checkout counter prior to me getting into the very busy and unfamiliar 5 lane highway at rush hour.

To extend my rental it was $200 more than Budget. So I returned my rental to Indianapolis airport and took and Uber to the downtown location ($20) and picked up my next rental quickly.

Our car smelled so strongly of smoke we had to drive with the windows open or we would get headaches. The car door sides and the back seat had trash in them- including a bag of trash from a restaurant that would have been easy to see if someone had glanced in. So for sure it wasn't cleaned before we got it. When we dropped the car off, there were no workers in sight so we had to just leave the keys and walk away hoping things were in order for us to check out. I wish someone had been there to wrap up the rental with us. I am nervous they are going to say it wasn't returned.

Very long wait at counter. Payless/Avis only had one person at counter for over 25 customers. The wait was in excess of 45 minutes. Car was not clean, needed maintenance and was fairly old for rental car.

Went to pick up our rental, not even 2 hrs after having it all dash lights come on and it says malfunction, so my husband was at work and I went to take it back the guy was rude as ever talking about well he need to be here even though I had the contract and him on speakerphone while I’m at the counter. So then I have to go back up there again the next day for them to tell me they have no cars they had to upgrade the class so I went from a full size sedan to a Toyota 4Runner but what they seemed to have left out was that is be charged double my rental agreement daily.. very upset

Horrible. Horrible. Reserved car for pick up at 6:00 pm. Flight was a little late and when we arrived at the counter a little before 7, it was closed. They had closed at 6 even though we were able to book a pickup at that time. Other rental car company employees said it is a common problem with Sixt. There was no message sent to us, no way to contact them by phone. Tried everything we could think of for an hour and finally had to rent a car from another company. Horrible.

Without warning or any communication my card was charged almost $300 after drop off, and I know the car was in perfect condition. Currently disputing this charge and it’s a nightmare. Horrible and will never rent a car from SIXT again

HORRIBLE!! Don't use Sixt. Worst car rental experience I've had to date. My daughter and I arrived at the rental pick-up late at night and the rental desk was completely empty. We walked to another kiosk and the person there expressed that Sixt was always bailing on their customers and that they were often hearing people complain. We walked out to the garage, no rep there either. I called customer service; first time I was hung up on, the other 5 times I called, no one answered. I ended up having to pay $600 to rent a pickup truck with Alamo rentals.
