The Enterprise Airport office in St Louis saved the day! And I am grateful. Listened carefully, got me the car I needed (though it was "smoky" for my drive across Missouri, and overall I was satisfied. Keep the smokers away from your cars!!

Enterprise did not explain the drop off process. Since we were dropping off at 3am, their location was closed. I called their corporate location and they explained to me they their drop off location was at The Parking Spot, and that I needed to drop off the vehicle on the third floor and leave keys in drop box on first floor. There were absolutely zero signs signaling that this was a drop off location for a enterprise, and even on the third floor had zero indication that this is where Enterprise drop offs should be parked. Absolutely terrible customer service and I am lucky I did not miss my flight.

My husband and I traveled via Uber to Enterprise for a car we had reserved online. We never got the car because: We couldn't use a debit card(neither mine nor my husband's even though the cards are from the same bank); I don't drive but my husband has a valid license; when I called a utility company to text me a photo copy of my latest 'paid' gas bill; enterprise rejected it because his name wasn't on it; he does not have utility bills in his name. I offered to pay cash to no avail. Finally when we had exhausted our options, we were stranded and it was too late to try another rental agency so we caught another taxi home. Enterprise discriminates! I am seeking other horror stories about Enterprise too post.

I requested a car from STL Airport but you gave me a car that was at a different and didn't realize until shuttle took me to airport location and they gave me a price almost two what you quoted. The allocation said the location I had to go their by cab as their shuttle would not take me there and also that maybe it would be closed by the I got there. It was very chaotic and stressful.

They didn’t have my rental at all. I never got a car . They said the price was not what they charge so they tried to get me to do the reservation over to pay more money for the car. They didn’t Honor you all’s prices.

In Kayak, I said I wanted to pick up at the airport then booked. I didn't realize that the rental pick up was 30 minutes away! We had to take a Lyft there and when we got there they said they only had one fully electric car available. We were forced to take this car (especially since we had already spent so much money on a lift). We were told it would full charge in 45 minutes which was not true AT ALL. We ended up spending a huge amount of our vacation time trying to find chargers and figure out to squeeze charging time in around the other things we already had scheduled. I will never use Kayak/Hertz again.

I didn't realize when I booked this appointment that my car would be at a Hertz office 15 miles away from the St. Louis airport. I took an airport shuttle to the Hertz office at Lambert Airport, only to Iearn my car wasn't at the airport Hertz. When I attempted to change the reservation, I learned there were no cars available at the airport location, I ended up with a $50 Uber charge in both directions, so this ended up being an incredibly expensive experience for my low-cost rental. The car itself was great, the staff at the location very helpful. Also, when I returned the car the office was closed (Sunday), so I was taking a leap of faith that there weren't going to any issues with the rental return. Fortunately, I received an email of the bill on Monday, so everything was fine. This is probably the first and last time I'll use Kayak.
