Be aware of what you are renting. We requested a six seater with room for luggage. Got a Ford Explorer, which fit six, and two pieces of luggage. That was what was depicted from the listing. Technically correct, but not a good fit for us.

Was not stated in booking that a credit card had to be used vice a debit card. I don't normally carry many credit cards on me so this could of been interesting if I didn't have one available. Took over an hour to receive car from valet. So my 24 hour reservation just turned into 23.... overall very poor experience

They tried to scam us by charging a cleaning fee of $450 for smoke…but we don’t smoke! It’s a scam, be careful renting here!

Gave me a car that had oil leaks Had to add oil twice Had to call Avis roadside service to tell them that their car was leaking oil and the indicator lights kept coming on Was directed to a conference center where I had to hunt for a telephone booth side Avis office to exchange the car Never was given credit for the oil I purchased.
