Not sure how I got the last rww middle seat of the flight right on the bathroom wall when: I booked a couple months in advance I have Delta points/member I wasn't even offered to choose my own seat but my friend I travel with has none of Delta so called perks but checked in later and got to choose a seat. Plus I paid $90 extra dollars and got the same seat and food she did flying back from Italy yeasterday. Also she got to use her TSA #. Not me. Not once while traveling for a month. Why? Waiting for a reply. Thanks for a reply

Everything was very good, and it would have been excellent, if they hadn’t force me to leave my baggage at the gate. I had specifically chosen a very small rolling bag that fit perfectly in the overhead compartment, but they still took it. They let people of other groups take bigger baggage with them. If the rule is one piece of baggage each, of the right dimensions, that rule should be respected for everyone. Otherwise, change the rule to “no baggage at all”, and I’ll prepare accordingly.

The back of the seat is too low with my head being several inches higher than the seat even when the headrest was realised. My connecting AA short haul connecting heights had higher seat backs.
